TERMS OF USE
These terms govern the VICESCOOP website, waitlist, accounts and community application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.
LAST UPDATED · 23 AUGUST 2026
1. Independent service
VICESCOOP is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility and truthful information
You must be legally able to use an online community service where you live. If local law requires parental authorisation, you must have it. Do not impersonate others, automate signups, create referral fraud or submit information you are not authorised to use.
3. Waitlist and Day One status
A Day One number records verified signup order; it is not a financial asset, guaranteed prize, launch date, invitation or promise of permanent access. Referral milestones indicate eligibility for review and may be withheld where abuse or fraud is detected.
4. Community conduct and content
You remain responsible for content you publish and must follow the Community Guidelines. You grant VICESCOOP the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights technically necessary to host, display, moderate and distribute that content within the service. You keep your ownership rights.
5. Moderation
VICESCOOP may remove or restrict content, suspend or ban accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests to protect users and the service. Moderation decisions may be reviewed through the appeal path provided in the application.
6. Availability
The website and application may change, pause or be withdrawn. VICESCOOP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific release date, compatibility with every device, or that previewed features will launch unchanged.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, VICESCOOP is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platforms, player-created information, or reliance on unverified discoveries. Do not use community content for real-world trespass, danger or unlawful activity.
8. Termination and changes
You may leave the waitlist, sign out or delete your application account at any time. VICESCOOP may restrict abuse or security threats. Material changes will be dated and, where required, communicated before they take effect.
9. Governing framework and contact
These terms are intended to operate under French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. Contact contact@vicescoop.com. Publisher identity, address and dispute-resolution details still require owner and legal confirmation before commercial launch.
